Scam Alert!

We have been made aware of two incidents within Cheshire West where patients have been contacted from an unknown number stating the name of the practice manager and asking the patient to make a donation to the NHS via card over the phone. This is strange activity and does beg the question how does the caller know the person is a patient at that particular practice. The practice would never contact you and request donations.  Please remain alert re scam calls.
